This class is a throwback from our very first Freedom Pilates videos, with Saskia.

When most people think of core control exercises they think of “the plank”. Whilst the plank may test the ability of your core muscles to hold a position for a prolonged period, it does nothing to improve your “dynamic stability” which is the ability to maintain control during movement.

By introducing challenges to your balance and control, this class will wake your “core muscles” up in a new and very effective way.
