This class looks at increasing awareness of moving through our ribs and thorax. This is an area of stiffness for so many people, but often when we think we are stretching this area, we are actually moving through the lower back instead. This class will change all of that with a new awareness and appreciation for really moving through the ribs and thorax.

This is a class you’ll want to come back to time and again!
