Freedom Health is evolving.

We’re focusing on what we see missing in healthcare in New Zealand: a longevity-driven approach to movement that supports people beyond recovery, into long-term strength and resilience.

As part of this shift, we’re moving away from hands-on Physio treatment and focusing on a more holistic approach to movement and education – a direction we’ve been working toward for years.

While our Papanui clinic is closed, we warmly welcome new and past clients who value a movement-based approach to health and recovery to our Barrington clinic. Over the coming months, Barrington will become the home of our next chapter.

We can’t wait to share what’s next.
