In this session, we explore some of the “Roundback” exercises in the Pilates Repertoire.

The roundback posture is a great way to lengthen (and quieten) the lower back muscles so you can find deeper connections through the abdomen and buttocks. This is a class you may need to re-visit a few times to really experience that deep roundback connection.
