Within this Extend & Explore Class we look at bringing equal length to both sides of the body.

This new awareness may highlight how often you “Collapse” or lose control through one side of the body. And if you find some areas you need to work on, don’t worry – this will be a big focus for August so plenty more to come!

As part of this shift, we’re moving away from hands-on Physio treatment and focusing on a more holistic approach to movement and education – a direction we’ve been working toward for years. 

While our Papanui clinic is closed, we warmly welcome new and past clients who value a movement-based approach to health and recovery to our Barrington clinic. Over the coming months, Barrington will become the home of our next chapter.
