Articulation – the ability to move individual segments of the spine – is a core principle of Pilates movement. It helps us to move through multiple segments, rather than always loading up certain areas of our spine.

This class looks at articulation of the spine into extension (bending backwards) and can really help you get more out of your movement and your spine.
