Cancellation Policy

Appointment changes & cancellations:

Our aim at Freedom Health is to help as many people as we can to continue to do the things they love – for life.

In order to do this efficiently we ask that all appointment changes or cancellations are advised to us by phone or e-mail no later than 4pm the day prior to your appointment.

For all amendments or cancellations after 4pm the day prior there will be a $25 admin fee charged. This invoice will be e-mailed out and is payable within 7 days or prior to your next treatment.
