Firstly, apologies for the quality of this video – we had some technical issues with the camera so it is recorded on a laptop!

This week, we get a wee bit philosophical about our movement and explore the concept of “suspension”.

Whilst this concept can seem foreign at first, when we realise that the Reformer is part of an efficient suspension system, we can get so much more out of our movement.

I hope you enjoy this tutorial and can apply this awareness across all your classes.
