Cancellation Policy
At Freedom Health we are passionate about making excellent healthcare accessible to all our clients. In doing so we often have waitlists of clients with a need to see one of our excellent therapists.
We sincerely ask that should you need to reschedule your appointment you provide as much notice as possible to allow us to help someone else during that time.

More than 24 hours prior to appointment: No Charge
Between 24 and 2 hours prior to appointment: 50% of Normal Fee
Less than 2 hours or “No Show”: Full Fee
