Our feet really are more important than we think so in this class we explore how they move and how bringing awareness to our feet can bring new connections throughout the rest of the body.

As part of this shift, we’re moving away from hands-on Physio treatment and focusing on a more holistic approach to movement and education – a direction we’ve been working toward for years. 

While our Papanui clinic is closed, we warmly welcome new and past clients who value a movement-based approach to health and recovery to our Barrington clinic. Over the coming months, Barrington will become the home of our next chapter.
