Welcome to your 21 Day Habit Builder Challenge

It is common knowledge that it takes around 21 Days to develop a habit. We also know that in order to make progress with your movement and exercise goals, short but frequent exercise is really helpful.

That is why we have developed a program that will give you 10-15mins of Pilates each day over the next 3 weeks, while also introducing you to a wide range of Pilates exercises that you will be, or will become familiar with.

I really hope you enjoy these short sharp sessions. Please do excuse some of the video and sound quality in some of the videos. We filmed most of this during lockdown and had limited technical capability – but hopefully you are still able to enjoy the classes.
