Pelvic Girdle Pain

Pelvic girdle pain (PGP) is a pregnancy discomfort that causes pain, instability and limitation of mobility and functioning in any of the three pelvic joints.

Bladder Dysfunction

Symptoms of abnormal bladder function may be:

  • Sudden urges to go to the toilet
  • Increased frequency of toileting with small volumes
  • Increased nocturnal frequency of urination
  • Sometime leakage may also be experienced

Diastasis Rectus (Abdominal Separation)

Diastasis rectus abdominis (DRA) is a separation of the right and left sides of the rectus abdominis (six pack muscles) away from the midline fascia/tissue that normally holds them together.
